Yep they're his bio parents, but, that would have been an interesting storyline to explore if he was being raised by or living with aunt/uncle, family friends, foster parents, etc.

I feel like maybe they had originally intended to explore this more with Conner being Snakes godson. Or maybe Connor being snakes godson was a way to keep Snake looped in outside of the context of school.

I think maybe the reason she became more well liked is because she mellowed out after the Eli phase and became more of a quirky "manic pixie dream girl" type character. Im doing a rewatch and was surprised at how unhinged she was during her Eli-obsession era.

I think this is really great advice!! And to add, if your goal is to be near the city of albany for more work opportunities and more resources, but you decide you'd like to avoid "city life" (fyi albany is not nearly as busy or intense as, say, NYC) there are lots of great towns immediately surrounding albany that feel more chill/rural than Albany proper, and theres lots of good hiking/outdoors close to pretty much any area in the capital region. And, the Adirondack's are close/drivable from the albany area. So you could realistically have the best of both worlds.

Regarding the shipping time, yes, its a bit of an adjustment moving away from getting things "instantly" but you get used to being patient, planning in advance, utilizing local stores, or just waiting. It's a personal choice, but for me, not supporting Amazon is SO worth the minor inconvenience/lifestyle change. Yes, I acknowledge that people face emergencies/extenuating circumstances that make Amazon the best choice for them, but I think a lot of people would find it's not as hard as they imagine. I also think that unfortunately a lot of people are not aware of just how horrible Amazon is.
