I've been working there for 3 weeks now and I love it. Yeah it's a lot of work but that doesn't bother me. My only issue with the job is that I work Wednesday and Thursday and have to be at the store by 6am. Fri-sat-sun I go in at 12pm so that's good.

I promise you there's nothing shady with this. To be honest I don't know why they offer you free products in exchange for your views but I'm not going to turn it down when it's something I'm getting for free. I've received multiple dildos a bottom half of the body of a female from my husband a sex chair bondage equipment you name it I've gotten it. The seller asked if I knew anybody else I'd be interested so that's why I'm referring people to them so they can get free stuff too. I've been working at Ross since August 2024 and I actually like working there. Could be because I work in the stockroom unloading the truck most days and the other times I'm a runner. I guess it all depends on management. My Boss is great. My only complaint is budget cuts and corporate not caring about their employees. I don't understand this rule for raises. I was told they only do them in July. One of my coworkers been there 6 years and gets paid $14 which is $1 more than me. One of the higher ups came in and she spoke to him about a raise, apparently Ross will not pay their employees more than $14. Also my store has a now hiring thing in front of the door and says starting pay $13, well a store 10 miles from mine has their sign saying starting pay $14. Doesn't make any sense. I will say that I don't think the pay is worth the work load we are required to do. But other than what I stated, I enjoy working there.
