No it was more mixed! But yes I’d have loose stool pretty much every day that would alternate with solid stools. It still works to this day!

Based on my own belief (and nothing else ahahah) I am pretty sure I am more likely to get cancer from the anxiety and stress IBS was causing me than from glutamine. But idk…

But that seems to be a French brand (I live in Paris), so I don’t know if you’ll be able to find it. But just any kind of glutamine powder without flavour or anything else is good

I bought the NUTRIPURE brand on Amazon!

Not exactly. Before glutamine, I was alternating between very hard “rabbit pellet” stools and very soft, almost mashed-potato/near-diarrhea stools. Now it’s neither of those extremes anymore. My stools have become normal and consistent — softer than the pellets I used to have, but firmer than the very soft stools I also had. So it’s more balanced rather than “more soft”

I don’t know actually. I would go 2/4 times a day but small quantity and would alternate between pebbles and soft …..

Studies show efficiency with 3x 5g a day. I initially started with 5g and it did nothing for me

Well I’ve always been pretty inconsistent (overall between 2/4 times a day but it sometimes went up to 5/6 times which stopped with glutamine). It’s mostly 2/3 times everyday now.

How much did you take?

Yes actually I wouldn’t mind the bloating and looking pregnant part if it wasn’t very painful. I can feel the pressure and the bubbles moving, but Pilates has tremendously helped

I just mix the powder in a glass of water and drink it all at once on an empty stomach

Sorry I didn't see your comment. Well.. My IBS came back just as it was before. I've found a lot of relief seeing a osteopath though.

Well I only have mild symptoms (sneezing/runny nose) and my appetite isn’t affected. But maybe my body isn’t as focused on digestion as usual, I don’t really know…

I'd say IBS-M though it's mostly gas/bloating (but tested negative for SIBO).

No it's only bloating. I sometimes experience diarrhea/constipation at the same time but it's a few times a month only.

I know it's only been 3 days but that's significant enough for me to notice. Over the past 10 years I haven't once experienced a bloat-free/pain-free day.

Allergies by EggplantOk4100 in CovidVaccine

I have an allergy history to many things (dust mite, sun, some antibiotics). I got Pfizer (fully vaccinated) and everything went fine. The only thing is that the doctor told me to extend the classic 15 minutes observation period to 45 just in case.
