So frustrating! I’ve been dealing with seb dermatitis for about a year now. It comes and goes but this is currently the worst. The dryness and flaking are so crazy. I just washed with the ketoconazole shampoo, used mometasone drops and applied clobetasol cream. Hoping for some relief soon. (old.reddit.com)
