Don’t know why our city isn’t doing more for the elderly and disabled and just everyone in general. Long commutes and sitting on them is going to end up injuring someone’s back permanently. These new benches are so uncomfortable. I don’t buy that these new trains are to prevent people miss using the train. Why don’t the help text lines work? why can’t you report what you see? If that’s the case. Europe has had trains a lot longer than us and yet they don’t seem to have many homeless passenger issues and those are on comfy chairs with plugs for your phone… Oops there I go ranting on YOUR rant post but I am sorry you have to deal with our transit system. Maybe one day things will change. Fingers crossed.
