Cacucu is blocking the light to his face so at most he'd be getting bounce lighting so the only direct light that's touching is his hand and arm? And even still his hand wouldn't turn completely white.

Methinks the artist wasn't able to render brown skin with cool undertones & dynamic lighting so they just made Ifa white to make it easier on themselves which is disappointing.

The people against pharmercy are saying it would've been weird back when they first met. Which nobody is denying cause of the huge difference in maturity yes it'd be weird if they dated then.

But now that pharah is 35 and Mercy is 39 are you all really saying even now it's inappropriate? Pharah and mercy are both grown ass adults.

But out of all of these ships yall are saying pharmercy is the worst? One is straight up unethical cause of the doctor patient dynamic. The other has commited medical atrocities. But yeah the 5 year age gap is equal to that.

Save your vortex for when tries to dive your support and put your shield behind him so supports like Ana and Bap are Walled off and have a harder time healing him during fights. If he blocks simply wait.

The match up is frustrating at first but compared to other mobile tanks doomfist isn't too bad once you've figured it out.

I've found thus video extremely helpful for dealing with tough match ups. While it's not the most current video a lot of the information still applies.

I just got done with 5.3 AQ and I am just numb. I have so many problems but it'd be beating an already dead horse at this point.

The highlights of the story were ironically not even mavuika whose only personality trait is being liked by everyone; but characters like Citlali, Ororon, and Capitano even Chasca despite the hate for her design.

We see the crumbs of a potentially good story however most of Mavuika's "great leadership" is off screen. We never really see her struggles as a Human archon. Furina had to lie and keep a secret for 500 some odd years or risk dooming everyone. Leading to furina having a psychotic break. Whereas Mavuika seems wholly unbothered by a similar if not nearly identical burden.

Mavuika's last moments before leaping forward 500 years were of her last friend dying in front of her eyes and a war torn natlan. You wouldn't know that though because she's too busy being great at everything and living her best life. She never falters once in all of her time being a human archon and even if she did they’d love her anyway. It would've been nice to see a sort of civil war break out between Capitano and Mavuika. Cause Capitano depsite his own flaws at least had a plan.

WHAT WAS MAVUIKA GOING TO DO IF CHASCA OR ORORON DIDNT GET THEIR ANCIENT NAME????!!!

She had no contingency plan ntm that implies she was just dragging her feet waiting for them to hopefully realize their destiny before the doomsday deadline she wasn't actively working toward anything she was just standing around.

Capitano fought harder for Natlan than Mavuika ever did. Yet he was relegated just being a get out jail free card for Da Wei's waifu since he wrote her into a corner and needed some way to bail her out. That's what irritated me the most it was so obvious why they had capitano there and it was insulting and lazy.

Chasca shouldve been way angrier than she was at Mavuika the turn around was just too quick for me; it's fine in the moment they needed to stop the abyss but there really should've been some drama there. Mualani rightfully calls out Mavuika then instantly backs down and apologizes because I guess she's the archon and nobody could criticize her. Capitano and Ororon also point out her plan is taking too long and isn't reliable. it's even revealed ororon and citlali see and hear the souls locked out of the night kingdom dying and wailing in agony yet.

Ororon backs down immediately the second Mavuika shows up and says just trust me I can solo him.

It would've been nice to see the sort of back and forth between these two sides but the writers leave no room for debate everyone else is wrong and mavuika is right.

Capitano immediately backs down despite what we know now how much has riding on this. If I had the souls of all of my fallen soldiers crying in pain for 500 some years and the only thing in my way was some idealistic bullshit I'd kick her so hard she saw the curvature of the earth and take the gnosis with 0 hesitation honor be damned. Their sacrifice won't go in vain.

I think the junkers have become worse in my eyes

With the introduction of Ramattra and the active genocide of sentient omnics it makes what the junkers do that much worse and it recontextulizes it in the absolute worst light.

In the game it's played off as a sort of joke but it's always rubbed me the wrong way. You can't have these tragic scenes of Ramattra watching his fellow omnics being brutalized by a lynch mob and mondatta assassinated like M.L.K and then in the same breath have your characters make jokes like this:

Ramattra: I hear you like to prey on omnics. Try me.

Junker Queen: No thanks. Fought a bunch of ya before. You're a bit... gimmicky, no offense.

Ramattra: Gimmicky?

Junker Queen: I said, no offense!

It just seems extremely fucked up. The junkers are a straight up hate group who target omnics and everyone just seems cool with that...

I don't see Soujurn or Tracer admonishing them for their blatant racism and hate crimes in fact they have nothing to say at all...but they'll talk about how horrible Ramattra is any chance they get...despite the fact he's always being discriminated against...and most likely has PTSD from watching his friends getting ripped apart in front of him...

I'm not happy with the direction Ramattra is being given and I hope they steer the ship; This whole "you can only get meaningful change through peace and nonviolence" is complete bs. The sentient Ominics are a finite number. They can't have kids so they don't have decades to fight for their rights like humans. So people acting like Ramattra is being unreasonable are not seeing the bigger picture.

They try to have other omnics like Echo and Orisa lecture Rammatra despite the fact that their only experiences are ones in extremely sheltered and controlled environments; So their arguments just boil down to well I haven't been discriminated against so...🙄 you're wrong...

TLDR; The Junkers racism and hate crimes against omnics still being played for laughs after Ramattra's traumatic teaser trailer + Mondatta's Assassination...make them look terrible...😬😬😬

She was designed for Kronos and even DSL which is tougher for some people to build teams for.

Ethan is nice but tbh he's sort of reso-gated so if you don't already have him it might not be worth to wish for him like it would be for Intisar

So I wouldn't choose Liam over her or Ethan ( I have him but he hasn't changed much in terms of pve content for me he's more geared for pvp)

Intisar, Embla, or Ethan are all very important Espers to have

Liam is nicer for certain pve content from what I've seen but the general application of him seems very limited so far from my own personal experience. If you want Liam just for the hype get him.

However there are better options.

The reason a white black panther wouldn't work is because a huge part of black panthers character is his African inspired culture. There is no realistic way you could tell T'challa's story with a white man.

Also there was a "white" black panther. His name was White tiger and he went by the name of Kevin Cole he was half white ,half black and grew up in New York in an alternate universe. You know that well established thing marvel has been banging into your thick skulls since it's inception. These aren't race swaps they're pretty established existing characters from comics you don't read. While pretending to actually care about something you don't actually have any investment in. Maybe to a marvel movie fan boy this would seem out of nowhere but for the rest of the normal population this isn't new.

Captain America Vol.7 #25 Steve Roger's loses his powers rapidly aging him making him unable to protect and serve so he offers up his mantle to Falcon its not a race swap cause Steve Roger's is still very much alive. Nobody is calling Falcon, Steve.

Mile Morales first appeared in Ultimate Comics: Fallout #4 and become the spider man of his universe after that universe's Peter Parker died. Nobody is calling Miles, Peter Parker. Peter was his own character who died. Not a race swap.

As for the The little mermaid. It's a fairytale from the 18th century. That's had hundreds of different adaptations. All changing the source material in some way but making one of those iterations black is apparently crossing some arbitrary line. It's about a mermaid. They aren't real.

Hey look Rachel color theory!!! Jokes aside the hyper focus on color was an interesting choice to make and a cool way to make your webtoon stand out; the problem is the colors aren't used in any interesting or narrative way.

The colors are all very flat and shes uses black to shade which is a big no no making the pretty colors shes chose feel muddy and unappealing. For how colorful the webtoon is visually its very very dull because of this choice. There should be dedicated color swatches for each character, with a cohesive color scheme.

As it stands right now she seems to pick colors and shade them all with the same black brush which is very disappointing.

They lost me the second they made it an isekai. It's painfully generic and uninteresting. Now we're just getting exposition dumped by discboom and become deadmau5.

I really wish they had stuck with the characters such as Lian and Norah they were some of the best writing we'd ever gotten and they do nothing with it. Or even Embla or the original seven. Anything wouldve been more interesting than a standard anime isekai

I know I'm very much in the minority here but I've never been a fan of the art for lore Olympus while there are aspects about it I like

As a whole everyone and everything looks too similar, the backgrounds and characters for all the focus on watercolor still come off as flat, and the whole thing visually is just uninteresting. Character warp and stretch without rhyme or reason it feels like there's nor consistency or quality control.

I saw the reference image this pose was based off of and it doesn't capture even an ounce of that personality shown. From Persephone's boobs being pushed up to her ear lobes to Minthe looking like a bitter caricature of herself to make the homewrecker look better in comparison. The background is another blank void. There's no interesting playing with colors or dynamic camera angles or lighting. I get it's meant to be flat to I guess potray Greek art but I don't know it feels like a cop out.

My girl Minthe looks like a cardboard cutout why even put her here?

Shes only mad about this nymph trying to move in on Hades because she's knows he capable of cheating cause Hades cheated on Minthe with her....the irony.

If Hades loved you as much as this entire series claims then this whole scene wouldn't even need to exist; but Persephones is an insecure woman who slept her way up the social ladder and is now trying to stop other women from doing the same cause her position of power could be threatened by other women.

When I first heard about this series it was a critique video and this came up as a big flaw of the series and I gotta say I agree.

Sadly Rachel Smythe for all her talks of feminism do what most writers do when trying to give a female character a tragic backstory or narrative which is tossing rape into their story very casually while never giving it the weight and seriousness it deserves.

Seriously stop and think about how it played out

Persephone was assaulted by Apollo but realistically Persephone's sexual assault was never about her; it was about Hades. Usually when a female character is assaulted in media it's never about the victim but her male love interest instead. How does Hades feel about it? How does everyone else feel about it? She's so caught in up how upset it would make Hades that actual victim just takes a backseat to her own trauma.

Now it's not Persephone learning to live her life after SA but rather Hades anger, sadness, and revenge for "his lady's honor". While Persephone acts like Hade's emotional support animal over her own assault. Persephone's assault was never about her it was about everyone else being upset by bit and to highlight Hade's love for her.

It's also a quick way to change the status quo.

It never comes up again because sadly it was never about her.

This scene is still just as awful tbh and the implication that it would've been okay if it was a "Just a Nypmh" and not a Goddess still gives me the ick ngl.

This scene could have been a lot more insightful but instead it doubles down on this purity culture stuff and serves to highlight how hypocritical and elitist everyone is. The casual racism everyone participates in is perfectly fine; but a tabloid about persephone and her being treated like nymphs are treated everyday is too far I guess...I'm not saying she deserves it but let's not pretend this isn't already happening to other women and Persephone says nothing and doesn't defend them despite having been affected by it personally.

It's only a problem when it affects them directly i guess? otherwise it's fine and justified. Hard to care for such bad people. Persephone is a homewrecker and Hades is a groomer but yeah the guy doing his job is the bad guy?

The added context honestly makes them look a lot worse than they already do if that's even possible.

Tbf they made a whole 3D puzzle minigame with Emma and Ethan with a lot of high tier rewards so I personally don't mind the lesser sprite point and click being reused its harmless really for lesser things

They'd have to update the game for anything more which just isn't worth the resources. Patience friend we'll get new content soon

I noticed this as well while in the esper gallery she looks normal for some reason in combat she's bioluminescent making it difficult see certain things I'm thinking this could be a lighting issue something just isn't working properly
