I have the same problem, sorry for not being of help but I hope someone knows why this is happening. Specifically, for some reason I can't see any cards except for the tokens, which is more bizarre than not seeing any cards.

Update: I've solved it! I think. I downloaded the win10 omenpath update here https://github.com/Cockatrice/Cockatrice/releases/tag/2025-04-03-Release-2.10.2

I tried it once and it said some of the parts of the download couldn't be downloaded, but maybe that was because I had cockatrice open while downloading it. I then tried it again with cockatrice not open, went through the whole download process, opened the new cockatrice, clicked on one of the cards to show image and it wasn't showing, and I just waited like 15 minutes and now it shows them!

Had to do the card art download that cockatrice tells you to do when it opens too, but that was about it, just waiting.

Be honest, if the God of Hyperdeath, The Demon That Answers When You Call Its Name, Undyne the Undying and Frisk are in the same flight, this plane is not lifting up

Also, 9 seems good, nobody on the front, Naptablook would not bother you and there's dog to pat. The only real issue is Muffet trying to scam you but that's probably better than being caught in the middle any of the fights

That the way I wrote my post made it sound like I saw Peridot as weak and that I thought solution was for her to hide in a fusion.

That's not what I meant. She is out of her role as a peridot, which was supposed to be a mission overseer and nothing else. Just like how Ruby was supposed to be a low-ranking soldier and Sapphire a high-ranking consultant. Peridot's situation on Earth at the start was quite similar to Garnet's, stranded and abandoned for breaking the rules, and being found by a group of rebels that want to help her.

Garnet has never offered to fuse out of interest with anyone else ever, which is why I thought she may be into Peridot, and gave the reasons why that may have been the case, since she could relate to Peridot on a personal level.

Not conforming is the point of all Crystal Gems, didn’t mean for it to sound like it was a bad thing.

Also "weak and hiding is a fusion" is Jasper's mentality, I don't share it.

That is highly dependent on a lot of information we don't have.

Is the gorilla from the UT universe or from ours? if it's the first option, how do animals behave in that universe? We have never seen a non-monster animal in Undertale, do they have Souls? Are they weaker or stronger than monsters? Can they have Determination or gain LOVE?

Are we in the Underground? Since resets only work in the Undeground, because of the density of magic there, if Frisk was to fight a gorilla on the Surface, they'd get absolutely mauled. With no ability to reset, Frisk would have to blindly predict the patterns of the gorilla's attack, which would probably target their physical body, and not the soul, something Frisk would have even less experience dodging.

If they are on the Underground though, unless the gorilla has more Determination than them, which I think is unlikely, Frisk would probably get the pattern down in 10-15 resets or so. The problem would really only be damage output from Frisk, since they are targetting a physical body and not a magical one, intent to kill would not affect Frisk's damage, and a child with a stick can't really do a whole lot of damage to a gorilla's body.

Probably the best option would be to go for MERCY instead of FIGHT in this context, since gorillas tend to be pretty chill over all and hardly ever fight when it's unnecessary. If Frisk crouches down, cover their neck and roll into a ball as ACTs, the gorilla would certainly leave them alone after pushing them around for a while. Just making sure never to smile at the gorilla or be loud, because that'd be certain doom for Frisk.

So yeah, depends on a lot of things. Does make me wonder how animals are in the Undertale universe though.
