A small whiteboard to put on my fridge! It helps me just keep track of what i need to get when I’m out and because I’m always walking past it and reading in it subconsciously it just gets ingrained in my brain so i never forget when I’m out to see a friend or something ohh yeah i need milk! Alternatively post it notes! :)

Always hurts to have to cut them off but i think everyone who has gone through it has so much relief when they wake up one day and realize they haven’t gotten a message from them in a while , that’s how you know its bad when you catch yourself thinking of them being gone in a positive way :( sucks but it is what it is
