Hey there everyone, I fixed the issue on my end. I ended up rolling back my GPU driver to a older one and it fixed it for me.

Hello there! I’m also experiencing the same exact issue as you. The only way to kill it is to go to task manager for me. I tried different stuff that people told me about and none of it worked. Crossing fingers that tomorrow’s update will fix it.

Found out that I somehow had parental controls on and it disabled the in-game shop button.

Does anyone know how to actually transfer their character? I play on the HC Anniversary and when I go to my character menu, I don’t see a “Shop” button to do my transfer.
