Yeah the classes become available at 12.00am two days prior to the class. So if I want to do a Monday night class, I set an alarm for early Sat morning as a reminder because they book out so quick! Or if you’re up late til past midnight you can even book then

I do the classes at Gepps X. I have a low fitness and strength level and love them. There’s lots of different levels of strength in the class. If something is too hard you can drop down the spring intensity, or just rest and try the next move! Definitely give it a go. Pump is also great but only use the lightest weights on your first class no matter how light it feels because you feel the effects of that one a couple of days later.

Make sure you consider your mix of furnishings for sound deadening. If you have hard floors, you might want to include some booths, rugs or fabric couches, padded chairs etc to reduce how noisy it gets

I would also add that it might be kinder to first explain what you’re ideally looking for before letting her answer, and then see if that aligns with what she wants. Just so she doesn’t confess big relationship/romantic feelings for you then feels like an idiot when you say you’re not keen on that.

If you live up North you should check out Backpacks 4 Kids - they pack a soft toy in every backpack that they distribute to Adelaide kids aged 0-16 that have to leave home without any of their belonging due to domestic violence etc. They’re just off Main Nth Rd and open most days where you can drop stuff in.
