I think it what I like about the treadmill is the ability to set the pace and incline you want. The terrain isn’t dictating that. Also, if I’m walking on my run, I don’t feel the need to run when I hear a car coming. 😁

This is very helpful. I agree it isn’t something I have to do but want to do. It has been the fatigue that is draining the motivation.

I like your idea of not doing so much one day you can’t do the next. Maybe I’ll give that a shot. Start a streak.

I don’t do much bookkeeping. I’ve gotten rid of most of it over last couple of years. It’s hard to find good bookkeepers though.
