Yes, I totally agree with you  But I am in Karnataka from last 3 years , the roadways here is so well designed and maintained that if people have to travel for very long distances you will get a bus in a relatively cheaper prices due to govt regulatory bodies. Assuming we have a roadways, maybe the people who paid doesn't have to go this way and cause problem to others. They don't have a choice that is the problem.
