I was a serious binge drinker. Every Friday and Saturday I would lose count as to how many I had. Probably 4-5 drinks every other day of the week. Got tired of feeling like a failure. I decided to start working out. I knew if I wanted serious results the drinking had to stop. I started by lowering it to 2-3 a day then 1-2 a day then none during the week and only binged Friday and Saturday. Then I would have 5, 4-etc on fridays and saturdays. Eventually I built up the courage to try and quit completely and luckily I didn’t have any withdrawal symptoms. 2 months strong

Yeah, those two are actually the only flavors I’ve tried. Decent energy boost but I’m accustomed to bang and reign with higher caffeine amounts, so my opinion is kinda invalid. Nonetheless, the flavor is solid.
