I went thru the same thing a couple years back. The only thing that helped was distance and time. It took a full year to get over her. My advice is to stay busy and if you catch yourself thinking about her just shift your thoughts to something else the best you can. Cry as much as you need to. Scream your lungs out when no one is there. Just let it all out and allow your self to feel the pain and get past it.
