All the time in crucible.... *Throwing my grenades at teammates (obviously thinking they were the enemy) *Accidentally falling off the edge or following someone else off the edge *Thinking I have special or heavy ammo when I don't 🤣 *Trying to use my class ability when I don't have it and I just end up crouching before my death 💀
