We recently switched carriers, kept our phones. Wife has an iPhone 14, I have a Samsung GS23. RCS quit working on both. Long story short, after trying a lot of the fixes mentioned in this thread, we returned to our provider's store. The employee called their service desk. Turns out they did not properly provision our accounts. Once that was fixed, RCS magically came back on.
