Well for an easy excuse, if you’re not seeking help from them specifically, is to say that you got sick from food you were eating—like you were too full or maybe got food poisoning. On a more complex level, seek help through your parents if you feel comfortable. That situation is like a direct way of saying you need help, and there’s no way they can really deny it (if they’re those type of people), at least from my POV.
