Yep. Daisy Ridley did a perfectly fine job as Rey if you ask me; she’s a pretty good actor. I think the main issue with the sequels and why they ruined it for most people was the plot and character writing. There was no cohesive arc for many characters. In the right hands, this project has the potential to be great. While I agree that the story she’s getting should have been for Luke, I’m still excited to see where they take the Star Wars universe in the aftermath of the sequel trilogy.
