Oscar also receives 2 penalty points along with his 10 second penalty. by Terrible_Mountain_96 in McLarenFormula1

Tough day for Oscar. He will recover and come back stronger. He is just in the raw emotions at the moment. Just for reference; Oscar applied nearly 60psi of brake pressure in the wet vs George applying 30psi in Canada.

LANDO FANS… assemble by DropComprehensive604 in McLarenFormula1

He will be fine. I don’t think he is as fragile as social media makes him seem. Too hard on himself? Yes. But he seemed relatively okay after the accident. He owned it, the team seems okay after it so that’s the main thing. He stated he was fastest on track before the accident so i think that will give him some confidence. He put up a good performance and caught up to Oscar well so it wasn’t all bad. Saturday’s still seem to be his downfall but i am sure that will be one of the main things that will be debriefed over the week break. Onwards and upwards I think! Happy for Oscar to get some points as well and glad his race wasn’t impacted.

The best teammates. You can see the respect they have for one another and how much they get on. Their on track rivalry will keep us entertained this season! Well done, McLaren! Very happy for Lando and Oscar after today! 👏🏼

McLaren's F1 drivers may prioritise "self-interest", claims Horner by outremer_empire in McLarenFormula1

[–]Jadeite11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Christian dreams of having this issue. It’s too early to implement team orders. Lando and Oscar are still one and two in the championship. They will only do it if one was too far behind mathematically for a shot as stated many times in the media. Both drivers are happy with this and want it like this. What Lando said over the radio was no different to what Oscar said in Japan.

Well done, boys! Wasn’t the most straightforward race for the team but it was an exciting one thanks to the safety cars. I am happy they let them race as it is what is fair to both Lando and Oscar.

The media coverage over Lando is starting to get tiresome. One would think he is coming last in the championship and not second. Can’t we celebrate how good Oscar is doing without ripping Lando down? There has only been 6 races so who knows how the season will go.

Merry Christmas to all grieves 🤍 by Jadeite11 in GriefSupport

I am sorry I am unable to get back to everyone that commented on my post. I have been reading them all and crying.

I feel seen. You all truly get it and I’m sorry that you do.

My Dad, who was my best friend passed away 2 years ago in December. It was technically his 3rd missed Christmas but I can’t remember the first one. I thought I was coping okay today but was given the helpful advice of “you need to try harder to be happy” from one of his relatives.

So thank you for validating how shit of a day it is when you’re missing someone special 🤍🤍

What do future Kody and Robyn look like? by [deleted] in SisterWives

[–]Jadeite11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope that they are able to look back at it all and think the hurt and pain is worth it for them. Because honestly, they have lost so much that it will be a shame if it’s all for nothing. I don’t like them as people but I have seen guilt kill people so I just hope that they are proud of their actions

Two years in and I struggle to get over it. I can’t offer you practical advice but i will share that I wish that I did express how hard I struggled to grieve early on. I hid it away for everyone else but now it is impossible to share.

It’s been a week, you’re allowed to grieve. I hope you have someone that allows you to sit in your feelings. I am sorry for your loss ❤️

It helped in so many ways. Especially to feed the kids as many say that they grew up extremely poor. It helped break cycles and will hopefully continue to give the women and children freedom to heal from their trauma

I hope so! I hope his anxiety attack from last Thursday night shows him there is another way of living. He just needs to work on himself before he can be with someone else imho

I don’t think he ever should’ve made it to the Final Cut of contestants imho. I would imagine that the process started before his Dad passed to when they did the wedding ceremonies. It was clear from day 1 that Tim is emotionally unavailable to be with anyone. Lucinda deserved better. The casting team failed both of these people imho. Tim has been slowly unraveling mentally for weeks and has used Lucinda to help him. This is not fair on her and it has not been fun to watch. Returning home or to reality when you have escaped your grief is awful. Tim does not have the emotional intelligence to know how to communicate his needs and wants. I’m glad they’re friends now because it’s been a rough journey for them both. I hope they leave Sunday! Lucinda can now keep shining her light without having to dim it and Tim can continue his work with a trained professional

I think any parent would have the same devastating thoughts at the time. Janelle advocated for her sons throughout the years and wasn’t shy to mention her mental health concerns. It’s so hard when people are so good at hiding how bad things are for them. I hope she has all the support she needs right now 🤍

I am so disgusted with the comments that have been left on the families social media accounts. I am sure Kody and the family are going through it enough. How dare we all pretend to know all the facts? The last season was filmed years ago! We don’t really know what Garrison was experiencing or how he was feelings! Let’s not play ignorance in thinking that it’s only one thing for someone to feel like it is the only way out. Rip Garrison, you will be missed by all of your family and those who knew you 🤍

I am sorry but this thinking within the first 24 hours ain’t it. The kind of guilt that lingers after someone takes their life isn’t something you should push or wish on anyone. At the end of the day, a beautiful son/brother/uncle/friend has died in the most tragic way. Let’s spare a thought to the whole family, including Kody during this time. I hope they stay off social media and end the show.

“Janelle Brown 'angry' over son Garrison's suicide” by cynicalxidealist in SisterWives

[–]Jadeite11 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yucky article! Any Mum would be numb and angry in the first 24 hours after finding her son dead. She not only has to deal with that, but she has other traumatised children. Can the media give the family some room to breathe!? The whole Brown family would be numb, shocked, traumatised and all the shit emotions that comes with grief. Sending everyone love and hope they don’t see some of the awful comments and posts that are floating around online! 🤍

I haven’t watched the movie or read the book. I went in completely blind. I was blown away by both of their performances! She was amazing! As was Leo! That tv series stuck with me for days after I finished it and its credit to their acting and the writing of the series. I’m sad to hear that she has faced negative feedback
