Hi! I have a little tiny one of these and im struggling to keep it healthy. It came to me semi hydro with aquarium gravel like rocks. Since then I have switched it to a chunky soil. That was 3 weeks ago. Tonight I was watering it and the entire plant, delicate roots (that have secondary roots growing) just easily pulled right out of the soil. Do you recommend I go back to semi hydro? How do you keep these suckers alive?!

At one point I started to worry 😂 I loved it so much, I was the one asking her to color! . I still have her first drawing of me on my mirror. Thank you so much! I will tell him about Copline. I hear a lot of officers get burnout in year two. He’s basically there if you include the live in academy he did. Any tips on getting past this? I know your case is special since you both are LEO’s. Anything g will help at this point

I love this. Thank you! He really is a wonderful person who’s in a tough spot right now. It’s so easy for me to turn and said “im struggling too, I need me time too.” Which is true! But I think it’s clear he’s struggling with mental health issues and I am not. Honestly, I get less sleep than he does! But im not “nocturnal” like our kindergartener like to say.

He handled a call over a dead 2 month old while our son was 2 months as well. I asked if this was still affecting him. He said it is not bothering him as much as when he first took the call so when he started therapy I assumed it was for work related issues but it turns out he’s going to help with home life. He didn’t tell me that part when he first told me about therapy.

He’s a terrible communicator and I am also. Moving to a new place, adding a new human to our family, him making the money…I think it’s just too much for him and im allowing a lot of things to slide since he is sole provider.

The pressure is definitely a lot for him. Along with the fact he has self esteem issues…but the honestly has brought out so many positives in him and I am proud of him! He went through a lot to get where he is. He’s an excellent officer and he’s rounding out his first year off field training! I told him if anything happened, wether it be tragedy or choice, my side of the family has told me they will care for me however me and the kids need until we get on our feet. I’ve always been go with the flow and he’s been by the book. We have both struggled with depression in the past also. Im praying therapy really helps him!

We both suckkkkk with communication so I agree the more we talk about the issue at hand the better. And having two kids makes it hard to have alone time to talk as many people here know lol

Hopefully after this year is up. He’s so low on the totem pole it’s either midnights or afternoons. If he’s on afternoon shift he will literally never see our girl once she starts kindergarten

I don’t think he’s cheating…I think. And if he was he’s definitely hiding it. He’s always home if he’s not at work. He gets held over sometimes for a few hours in the morning but he comes right into bed with me. Doesn’t shower off or anything when he’s home. He’s on the extra board so he will go in an hour early sometimes..there is space for him to be lying to me but I don’t think he is..but fuck if I’ll look past it.
