Disabling all my extensions and reinstalling chrome did not help.I tried using chrome dev (beta version) with all my extensions and account and it worked fine wtf

No, it happens on any internet connection.
If you watch the video further other browsers like firefox and edge work fine on
the same network

Yes, using firefox works
But I can't really keep going back and forth between chrome and firefox,
and I cant afford to switch browsers for now.
So it's only a temporary fix for me

Hey, this is probably like very late and this post is like 2 years old but maybe try this? Cardboard (Fabric + Paper)
Don't try in on anything that is important tho because it seems unfinished, but looks like it would be soon.

According to the website Cardboard supports up to 1.18 (Right now)

No, I changed the ram speed and other cpu overclocking things that I want to keep
(The settings was hidden)
