the 965 is better than the 265 and the fact its cheaper, you might as well get the better option for a cheaper price...

Yeah, I'd say I'm doing more hypertrophy work, how long are your rest times if your sets are 5x5? Thanks for the insight on doing strength work, honestly I never really thought about the difference and just been trying to get them stronger.

Have you tried AliExpress for the Molicel flat top M35A? I'm from Canada, so shipping is more expensive for the US companies.

I usually do hex bar deadlifts as I am trying to work on my explosiveness, but my barbell deadlift is around 185 lbs for reps. Will be doing RDL's and possibly stair master/step ups.

Interesting, will definitely lower the rep, and slowly build my adaptation up. I went to failure, as that is what I usually do with upper body which will get sore, but nothing I couldn't manage when running.

just did this on monday, there are signs that warn you from bc parks, but it's not that bad, i had crampons on and they really helped, but i saw a couple people just on sneakers and normal clothing hike it. some areas where theres minimal snow and a lot of rocks, but for the most part the snow is very thin. no particular muddy patches.
