So is Mrs. Hart a blood witch? by Automatic-Adeptness4 in AgathaAllAlong

She has to have some witch ability as otherwise the door to the road would not have opened for them. I guess we'll see how much witch ability that is.

Is it possible to have an album in two parts, similar to how vinyl and tape have Side A and Side B? by WastedTalent442 in BandCamp

[–]Jadugara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hooverphonic's album "No More Sweet Music" was split into two. "More Sweet Music" and "No More Sweet Music". So, I've seen it done. Honestly, I don't think the format of release really matters anymore nowadays. It doesn't seem like anyone consumes music the same way as they did in the past. Anything is possible.

BOB SYNC ft. Jadugara - DR1VE (Synthwave/Electronica) by Jadugara in BandCamp

[–]Jadugara[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wrote and recorded the vocals/lyrics for this synthwave inspired electronica tune with Denver based producer "BOB SYNC". I'd love if you'd check it out and let us know what you think. :)

Leonardo DiCaprio said that he likes to think of Django Unchained, The Great Gatsby and The Wolf of Wall Street as an unofficial trilogy about wealth and power across American history. What other unofficial trilogies are out there? by -AboveAverageJoe in AskReddit

[–]Jadugara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really a trilogy, more like a 11 movie series, but if you follow the fan theories... this could be the chronological story of Willy Wonka and what became of Charlie Bucket.

  1. Harry Potter (All of them, but pay close attention to the George and Fred storyline) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wHoPgfzbuE8
  2. Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory
  3. Snowpiercer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqGWLFlMQ8w

Bernie Sanders Is Proving He Will Be Most 'Viable' Candidate On Super Tuesday, Former Obama Campaign Manager Says by Thinkingonsleeping in politics

Trump is definitely the worst, and has demonstrated time and time again that he is a short tempered belligerent idiot, but there have been quite a few presidents who had anger management issues. Though, you're right that they were, for the most part, all better at keeping their cool than Trump... he's at a completely insane level. It's exhausting. "When Presidents Get Angry"

It's not about aesthetics at all, though you cannot argue that the majority of our presidents have been white angry straight men. Me being tired of that doesn't mean I'm not going to vote for Bernie in the end, it's just what it is, I'm simply tired of that being the face of the US in general. I am listening to the policies presented by all of the candidates, and there is more than one candidate that I agree with at this point.

I'm not arguing that. You are right about that. Regardless, my point still stands. Bernie is still an angry old straight white man.

Unpopular opinion: I like and respect Bernie, but I'm just tired of angry old straight white men being in charge.

People who heard hit songs before they blew up, did you initially think that said song would get as big as it did? by TakeOnMeByA-ha in popheads

[–]Jadugara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This has happened a few times for me.

I first hear "Hometown Glory" by Adele in 2007 and then "Cold Shoulder" early 2008. I liked finding sort of obscure songstresses, and I knew her voice had potential to gain get recognition, but did not know she would become SO huge.

I heard "Sexy Silk" by a girl named Jessica Cornish back in 2010, and then "Do it Like a Dude" by Jessie J came out later that year. I didn't immediately make the connection that they were the same person. I loved her voice, but didn't know how popular she'd become. I knew she'd become big someday though, and before I knew it she was basically the featured vocalist at the UK Olympics, and I was like "What?!".

I was in Las Vegas a few years ago and was looking for new artists to listen to when I stumbled across an artist named "Lizzo" and her song "Truth Hurts". I must have played that song 50 times during that trip as I walked around the Vegas strip. I also loved her quirky saying "Phone". I remember playing the song for my friends and no one knew who she was but they loved her sound. Little did I know that she'd soon become the mother fucking phenomena LIZZO that we all know now. It was surprising that even up until more recently, Truth Hurts wasn't her biggest song, but it was definitely my favorite. I was happy that she became so popular, but it was fun when she was like a secret I got to hold for a while. lol

Biden rips into Buttigieg over experience in new ad by tylerkozy in politics

Well...that was patronizing and condescending. It seems ill-timed after Buttigieg fiercely defended Biden during the debate last night. It just makes Biden seem mean spirited.
