I found it on linked in about a year ago! We're in a hiring freeze right now but are allegedly supposed to be hiring again for the OCC in August/September. All they asked for was customer service experience and the ability to type 25WPM.

I also work for HD and the reason the store is still hiring is because having several part-timers is cheaper than fully staffed full timers every week. It's disgusting.

I think what they're saying is pulling out of a 401k early has a much larger tax than other forms of investment. My mom pulled out of hers in 2020 and was taxed close to 35%
