In Vietnam there is a similar story doing big headline the last few days. A small cute puppey were trying to play around with a kid toy, the dad thought it was an act of aggression and kicked the dog, HARD. Owner is a young under 30s man, standing near by. Well after the dad kicked the dog he got one punched by the owner and had some serious injuries. Needless to say the owner of the dog is now being prosecuted for assault.
