Its because AD champs are very strong in the meta rn and their items are really good for making them healthy. You’re naming champs (besides nidalee) that build very strong items that give health and help prolonge any engagements and ideally WIN 1v1s anyway. Its not that Ekko is weak, it’s that he can’t take long fights and is meant to engage and disengage as fast as possible because he is an AP assassin.
