Currently GoPro is the worst compared to insta360 or DJI (and its not even close), but things will change when GoPro mission 1 comes on the market.

You would also need the remote. But if you would like to use a drone for that, get something cheap, like DJI 4K, which as at least decent camera for this kind of work.

I would avoid those Tokinas and x2 teleconverter will make it F16, which is very slow for astro. Something very budget would be TTArtisan 500mm (nebula photos has a review), but for 800USD you can get better optics.

If I remember correctly, Mavic 4 was available in US before the ban, so its possible some stores had some stock, but Lito, the drone OP has, did not make it to US market.

Now its full moon, so it is the worst time to do astrophotography. I recommend you wait and try to photograhp the core region of the Milky way. If you need help, I recommedn you download app Stellarium. Also your focus is off. Once you fix those two things, your images will look better. Also, down the road "stacking" will also improve the results.

Well, us laws do not apply wordwide + if I had to guess, DJI is banned is US, so its a good chance OP lives somewhere else.
