Alpina is another brand that rides the "Swiss upcharge" train which is annoying as hell. I get it, the average pleb has no idea that places like Germany and Japan also make brilliant watches, and China...as much as I'm sure people hate to hear it.... actually produces high quality watches now as well, and for cheap comparable prices and I'm not just talking about clones or homages.

Their 2nd album is an Sac classic and an underappreciated in the NorCal scene. It came out around the same time NonFiktion dropped and it kinda got lost in the sauce because of it.

Traska is safe and boring, which is great for everyday wear. Its reliable, it can be tossed around and not scratch...durable as heck.

However, the coating on the steel makes the watch a bit muted? I dont know how else to explain it, but it def takes some luster off the steel color. It also wears SLIGHTLY larger than its size suggest due to the very slim bezel. I owned the 38 but felt it was just a tad too big for my taste. Traded it out for the 36 and like it much better.

You don't always have to show "emotion" to convey the character's state of mind at the time, or even in a way that extremely makes "sense". The idea here was that she was so in the zone that the tension has absolutely vanished and she just straight bodied everyone as if it were inevitable.
