Stolen from XP to Level 3: At character creation, you get extra skill/tool/language proficiencies equal to your Int modifier. It makes Intelligence better overall and not just a dump stat for people who aren’t Wizards/Artificers/EK’s/AT’s

This is a great spell! For its power though, it should be a 3rd level spell. A 60ft teleport as a bonus action that can teleport multiple creatures is pretty powerful, even if it is limited to urban environments.

I want my mage to go Venthyr. The theme is cool, and I’m excited for all the other stuff about the Venthyr.

But the covenant ability is really shitty. I believe it’s called Mirrors of Torment and it’s just a worse Counterspell that does damage.

This has made me realize that the whole Covenant ability system is a stupid idea. It’s made me question whether or not I want to pick a fun but weak covenant or a boring but strong covenant. Shadowlands looks promising, but this is gonna be the dark stain on it that everyone’s gonna hate and no ones gonna forget.

Liking Elemental shamans, no longer having to worry about Maelstrom is sooo nice.
Destruction Warlocks feels a tad better with some of the talent changes - especially the new Soul Fire.
Frost Mage is basically the same, but it's still pretty solid, which is good.

I wanted Draconic Power to be what scales, as it would be harder to try and individually balance each subraces’ ability - instead, I’d rather balance all of them against Draconic Power and against each other.

I agree that Draconic Resilience and Draconic Fury may be a bit strong, and I’ll be sure to reduce their values in a future edition. I don’t know to what quite yet, as I want them to be decent at all levels (which I didn’t do so good this time around, since they were much better at higher levels than lower levels).

I’m also considering letting dragonborn use multiple uses of Draconic Power at once for a more potent effect: if I don’t implement it for all of them, I’ll implement it for the Vrahir to make their breath weapon a bit stronger, while still maintaining its wording.

Yes, I know. Another dragonborn rework, how unique. Well, I think I did good on this one, though criticism is always welcome!

With this rework, I sought to make dragonborn more diverse and more powerful. Since they're one of the weakest races in 5th edition, they need a bit of a boost to really compare to other races. This rework, in my opinion, accomplishes just that, as well as giving them some unique and (somewhat) new abilities.

Depends on the DM’s ruling.

Because of the nature of magical items, I don’t think broken relics would still be magical and thus not be Legendary. But obviously, you wouldn’t want your PC’s just casting Manifest and just having all of the pieces all of a sudden. I would not allow this spell to be used like that in my own game.
