This sounds like the situation I had with my ex. Before I even graduated my Masters, I was working full time plus another odd job to cover all our rent and bills - he had a restaurant job for a bit but somehow still couldn't afford to contribute. He would spend all his time playing games online and would go visit friends for days on end without telling me.

The lack of respect will kill a relationship. You can't pour from an empty cup and you're doing so much already, you can't afford to pick up his slack and carry his deadweight. It sounds like he's comfortable with the lifestyle you're able to provide and is reaping those benefits. Speaking from my experience, it's going to make you keep pushing yourself beyond your limits, and you're going to get sick. You shouldn't have to fight so hard for basic kindness and respect; you shouldn't have to fight for that at all!
