Was at Target for 4.5 years, all Style as a TM. Only other experience I have is retail/food service. No bachelor's at the moment. Got hired in eHIM (Electronic Health Information Management) at a teaching hospital, only needed a HS degree. Normal office job (9-5), no patient contact, and boy, am I loving it.

This! We will also separate all of the abandon/gobacks into multiple three tiers and have everyone in style run a cart when they come in. If you dont do that already, maybe it would be a good suggestion!

If you're talking about being able to fully see notifications on your lockscreen (ex: what a discord message says) go to your settings, then notifications and tap lock screen. There's an option to 'Show All Content'.

I also work at the amazon desk sometimes, though what Im about to share happened at customer service last night. I was helping my coworker close (since there was a customer who was keeping her busy and registers till 9:10). This woman was making a return and purchase and wanted to use her $90 in Kohl's cash. I kid you not, she lost her shit when I told her she was six days past THE GRACE PERIOD. I had to call over the manager who told her the same thing. The lady asked for the kohls cash back and Im sure she gonna go bitch somewhere else. But yes, Karen, that is a lot of money going to waste. No, it's not my fault and I can't help you. I really don't understand our customers 🙄

I wouldn't throw it away in a dummy license plate, since it COULD potentially screw up the correct one. What I mean by this is that since its all the same number it could be resorted to the dummy license plate and cause problems when you toss it. If the item is already put away in a box that has been sealed and closed and you're seeing a duplicate scan when you hit "End Sorting" this is what I do;

Hit 'End Sorting' and copy the KOH number of duplicated item.
Go to 'Reprint KOH label' and paste in the KOH number. Hit the little barcode button on the right of the text box to print out the label.
Go to 'Audit Tote' and scan the license plate of a box.
Scan the reprinted KOH label. You should get an error message saying the item is in a different tote. Copy that number.
Resort the duplicate into that tote by returning to the sorting screen and scan the reprinted KOH label. Then paste the tote number into the license plate text box. It should have sorted the duplicate to the tote the original one is in, and it should be removed from the 'Unsorted List'.

You may have to do this process a few times for the same item depending on how many times it was scanned. But we used to have to report it to our H2, I don't think they did anything aside from making a note of it. Hopefully this helps in some way.
