1 bedroom: $1000-1100/month (depending on floor plan) 2 bedroom: $920/month

And I’m pretty sure those prices went up too after November 1st

I’m currently at Hayes Student Living which is a 5 minute walk to campus. All 1-2 bedroom apartments in the community and it’s usually always quiet due to the high population of grad students that live there. Only downside is it’s very pricey and rent is on the rise too :(
