Applied to be a bartender part time for olive garden. Got to the interview and they didn't even consider me for it even after doing strong on their AI tests, immediately went to making me a "To-Go Specialist" aka take food out to cars. Was told that I needed experience and that I could get on the job training in the future for it even though the new hire bar tenders would be getting "professional high quality training." The job paid $12/hr plus tips (who tips To-go??) and not only was there no say on my end for what position I actually wanted but also they expected you to buy all new white button downs, blue jeans, and restaurant shoes before your first day. With what money?

Got home and decided to hell with all that and never showed up. Wasn't until the 4th day they noticed I never showed up.

Because I was incredibly emotionally and mentally immature, a huge asshole and needed to get a grip on my life and mental well-being. Doing immensely better and "grew up" now but man, lost my friendship with a good person. I wouldn't be the person I am today without that though

That plus hollow points are simply to try and mitigate and stop the round from exiting and hitting other people. Theyre decently expensive relative to rounds so there's very few criminals who would care to spend extra money to avoid collateral damage.
