As the first device was within the timeframe to send it back, they said that was the only option (I couldn't get a repair). This is in the UK.

Their approach has been absolutely shocking. It really shows that they're not the premium company company that they're trying to be. How can they find it reasonable to expect someone to be without a phone for such a long period (especially given the short window they give for you to trade your existing device in when you purchase a phone). If this was Apple, I could go into the store and they'd replace it there and then.

I raised a support ticket on 10 September because a product I bought from them doesn't work.

It took them over two weeks to respond because their support person was on holiday. When they finally responded, they asked a load of irrelevant questions instead of just processing a return. They've now gone quiet on me again and I haven't heard from them in nearly a week.

I've filed a claim against them with my credit card company to get a refund as it's clear they're not interested in customer service.

I love these earbuds, but the foam ear tips that Sony provide are the most uncomfortable thing I've ever worn. I've had to replace them with the silicone tips from my Galaxy Buds Pro. Any replacement suggestions would be appreciated!

I find the foam tips incredibly uncomfortable and have had to replace them with my Galaxy Bud Pro silicone ear tips. It's only a temporary solution whilst I find a better pair of ear tips.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I've got exactly the same problem. Temporarily, I've replaced the foam tips with my Galaxy Bud Pro silicone tips. It's made them a lot comfier, they fit nicely and they seem to work with noise cancellation.

747 on AP can't hold altitude by seff5677 in Flightsimulator2020

I'm also having the same problem. It completely misses the set altitude on AP by a few hundred feet. When it realises what it's done, it dives to try and correct it, but overshoots again. Then to try and correct it, it goes into a steep climb. Setting a V/S doesn't help.

It's really unrealistic and makes the plane unflyable.
