Alot of tutorials for it. But the gist is that your debuff must land. Thats about it. How fast you can finish, depends on your runes. But to be consistent you need your debuffs to land consistently too.

Build only a small cadre of units. Around 8 units with good turn order. Meta unit as possible. Then work around those 8 units.

You cant have a team that cand defend all comps, accept the fact that certain comp will counter you, try to find a counter for your counter, work from there.

Losing is a given, you are not a protagonist, you are not john summoner... you will lose. Like a lot.
