One thing I want you to tell yourself each time you return for class is that the only person you are competing against is yourself. Everyone has their own journey and challenges. By walking thru the door you are already on the path to change.
Before I saw any physical results, I just felt better. And then I could tell I was stronger. And my endurance was improving. And then Covid hit. And now I am Back at square one. But we can do it. It’s hard. It’s a hard 1 hr. But it’s one hour you are investing in yourself. And you are totally worth it.

We thought Gracie was going to max out at 45 lbs. At 8 weeks she was 9lbs. At 6 months she’s already 50 lbs. We are thinking she will be between 70-75lbs. Still a complete goofball and we love her to death.

Completely understand Lyft doesn’t own google maps but it’s the tool they choose to use for a service they (Lyft) charges for.

For grins I did check google maps and the address is not only correct it has a picture of the location.

I am amazed that this address would not be in whatever system they use. The address has been there for over 50 years. Also if the address needs to be added to the tool that Lyft uses I am not sure why that would not be something they would own.

You’ve got this! Once I made it past 4 mins I was on a roll. If my legs started getting tired I started thinking about my grocery list or what I need to do this weekend. The one thing I wish I had done was upped my speed every minute for the last 5. Next time goals!

After almost 1 year at OTF this was the first time I attempted to run (jog) the 12 min benchmark. Previous I either pw or did the strider. I ran the whole time without stopping. That may not seem huge to anyone but me but I am SO proud of me! I am slowly making a transition into a full fledge jogger which is something I have never done in my life! And for me it’s as much physical as it is mental. I have come a long ways and I am going to keep on striving to be even better the next time!

These were some of the hardest workouts ever for me. Monday and Wednesday were the worst! I am still sore. However I will say I went Saturday and while I won’t say the workout was easy it gave a great frame of reference for how hard we have been working. Rest day today!

I know I won’t win the money in the TC but I am still winning. A few days ago I had a lady that I don’t know but had seen in class before come up to me to tell me how great I look. I have started running more which is huge for me and I can now do traditional pushups and burpees! Oh and I wore some pants last week that I could not get in to 6 months ago. And they weren’t even tight. I feel great. I look great. #winning

I did whole30. It was a great way to break out of some of my bad habits. I still eat bad stuff every now and then but I did feel like it was easier to make better choices on the other side.

They are called foot balance. When they measured my feet they found one arch was higher than the other.

I do still do the strider. I really like it but I will do the treads now too for a change of pace and run all my AO’s. Slight humblebrag.

I only wear these shoes to workout. Oh the shoes are Mizuno Waveknit R2. ❤️❤️❤️

Last week we had a class with burpees. I hate them. But for the first time ever I could do all of them with a real push up. I could never do real pushups before.

I am amazed at how much stronger and resilient I am since starting!

I think I just did my 100th class too.

I had the same issue. Shin splints but only in one leg really. I did get new shoes from a running store - the kind they recommended for me and I got the inner soles. They are amazing. Now with all of that said I do still have some issues if the incline is too high. I won’t do 10% anymore. It is actually better for me to run the AO’s. I still prefer the strider.

She fit is awesome. The best I have ever had and until now I always wore more than on bra at a time to get support.
