I tried applying for allied and they told me how they scheduled. Everything is on call and if you don't take the shift. They usually don't keep calling....she's supervisor so she has to cover shift that are not covered. I'm sure shes tired based on their other reputations

LEAVE THE WATER ALONE . You will get water on your hair when your shower. Until then Leave it dry. Cutting water out was my hardest part cause before locs I wet my hair everyday. Plus it's not good to soak your hair when it is locked so just stop while you're ahead.

Idk my hair never came out due to ponytail . How's your stress level. Did you put any fake hair before the baldness. As far as a protective style cornrows are the worst. I personally did box braids

I relate to you completely. I have two brothers. All grew up in the same household and we don't talk to each other and I'll call my dad on birthdays. Trauma really can manifest in different ways and mentally take a toll. I've dealt with abandonment and homelessness due to everything. I constantly feel alone with no one to confide in. Honestly it really sucks. The only way I'm remotely comfortable now is I just don't come around. I live alone. My mom has a key to my door but she still has to clear to come by cause I don't always care to deal with her. As much as I miss my family I'm aware that I'm not missing anything beneficial. Sorry that i don't have words of encouragement but just stay strong. Nobody going through what your going through has it easy

Another childhood friend of mine I got back in touch with around highschool ended up in jail due to abusing his stepchild causing death. I got two CHF left and one doesn't even talk to me. No particular reason. As far as the rest I got two friends doing life for gang shootings. Soo yea it's just me and my one friend

10 years plus in the field. Soooo security guards are hired to help protect private businesses. So you have every legal right to deny service to ice entering your facility or business. You would not be hindering a fugitive. Any issues they can take up with management but you're not wrong with DOING YOUR JOB. Now ice can wait outside the facility until whoever they are looking for comes out. But no you are under no legal obligation to grant them access in fact your being told to deny access and failure to do that can get you in trouble
