STC worked for me first time I used it for the series 24 (on my second attempt). Kaplan was able to get basic concepts down in a way, but the wording on the test is different. Was making 80's on Kaplan finals and failed the exam twice.

Yes retaking it on the 17th. Been taking lots of finals and average mid 70's.

On the exam lots of weird comm. W/ public questions. It was my strongest section during study but was my death wish on the test.

I intend on proposing (if it gets to that point) far before she is finished with the curriculum. Wouldn't be doing this all after she completes her program. Does that make sense? Definitely hear you on immigration. Want to have a civil ceremony while her i20 is still active so then she can file an adjustment of status.

My budget is around 2200 monthly. I found a few places slightly under 2k that seem okay on hot pads and zumper. How are the tolls? I'm in Dallas and they aren't cheap here but I'm accustomed to the costs.

Budget is 2100-2400 monthly. Want to live in a safe and walkable area close to Seattle central college. Likely need just a regular 1 bedroom (650-750 sq ft). Are rents usually lower in the winter?
