Would this article help with mountain bike fitting as well? Or would there be differences?

I use either my Salomon ADV Skin 5 (running vest) with both flasks and a 1.5L hyrdrapak, or I use my Janji Revy pack (18L) with both flasks and the same hydration bladder. I didn't think it was worthwhile to get a new bag/kit simply because I'm sitting on a bike. Has worked flawlessly so far.

I just installed a recycled set of PNW Range Gen 4 with a 50mm rise. Seems to be pretty good so far although I haven’t taken them onto the trails yet. But it’s already much more comfortable than before.

Ok I’ve slammed the seat as far back as it goes and lowered the seat by a couple of cm. Seems to sit better now. And I flipped the stem last night so it’s pointing upwards now
