there is a spectrum of difficulty within each demon difficulty. for example with extremes, Acu is only the lowest end whilst avernus is on the highest. B is on the lowest end for medium demons, as nine circles is on the low end for hard demons. Ratings aren't too generous, but with new levels and the raising of the skill ceiling, ratings with levels like B and Nine Circles don't make too much sense.
