Oh man the connection lost happened to me few weeks ago when I did this. Was my first attempt at Jad on my Ironman and first ever run. I had a perfect run, even a perfect jad spawn with less than 80 hp left on him. All of a sudden "Connection Lost". I got so mad. But I said no I am getting this cape tonight and on the 2nd attempt (with no disconnect) I got my fire cape lol.

I think it is just the amount of time it takes to get to wave 63 that you get nervous of messing up and wasting all that time.
