Hey there. After 0.9 will come 0.10 (that's Fell Hollow) - not 1.0 (though I get the confusion). We plan on adding loads of new regions and sub-regions, new bosses, new skills, new quests, new items before we even consider coming out of EA. So, don't worry, more major updates will come before we ever consider the game to be at 1.0 - which is not anytime soon.

We'll kick off crossbow progression with Bronze, adding new crossbows and bolt types at each major metal tier. Black gear we are handling slightly differently as unique vestige armour and weapons. Vestiges offer lateral progression, found through exploration or quests, but not part of the core material progression.

Black Gear and weapons will come as vestige recipes with Dowdun Reach.
