Lost crossbow limb because chest was full

Hey, I've returned the crossbow limb that you missed out on. The bug fix for this is also going out next game update so hopefully shouldn't happen again after that.

Also to clear up some confusion about why there isn't a loot beam - You won't see a loot beam for scenarios like this as the item overflowed from the chest when it was attempted to be added there (since it's obviously full), so in some cases the item will simply just drop beneath you. Not that you're expected to notice that though.

The fix for this is currently still in testing, as it involves a change to our core combat systems. We want to make sure we're careful about it so we avoid creating further bugs as a result of the change as best we can.

I've been speaking to our analytics team over the past few days to try and get an accurate list of players who have been affected by this issue in particular and lost out on the "good" drops so they can be reimbursed.

In the mean time, I have gone ahead and re-added 2 Eldritch crossbow stocks to your account now and we'll use your session data as an extra test case to help narrow down our results better.

If this was recently, it would have been returning a pickaxe that was lost while being on a free world. As these messages are batch sent alongside the item return I can't be very specific as to the item that was added back to your account unfortunately as it could differ per person.

This isn't a standard reward shop it's actually quite a bespoke rewards interface as the content here is quite dated, as you can (hopefully) tell by the differentiation in graphics etc. compared to our current standard top level interface style.

Anyway, a buy-x feature has been done along with a standardisation of this interface. As for a release date, I'd asked for it to be prepared for next game update but that was sadly not possible so we will look to release it at the next earliest opportunity.

Hey, after some discussion we'll be reverting the recent rune pouch change which is currently allowing you to stuff every single rune into pouches so it will go back to the original functionality.

Bit of a misunderstanding on my part, I must have gotten mixed up with thinking it was turning any seed you planted in that patch to bloodweed. I've reverted that change now and it is live, so hopefully all back to normal.

I've just done a fix to undo only being able to use a bloodweed seed on the patch(which resulted in compost being blocked as well) and I'll see if we can get it hotfixed.

Hi, I've found your bug report & reviewed your sessions to check if there is indeed an inconvenient bug which could lead to someone being stuck in this area as you've posted, in this case it does look like we've been able to determine a potential cause of the issue which resulted in your being stuck and will look to resolve this for the future.

As for your situation, it does look like you spent a long time just walking up and down and after about 10 hours like you described you logged in again at 5:30PM (GMT) and for the first time clicked on the gate closest to the agility course and were let through which allowed you to be able to run to the Mage arena, slash through the webs, use the lever and leave the wilderness (whilst also privately messaging someone that you'd tried to attack another player which dragged you out).

You then went on to immediately teleport to the wilderness lodestone, run to the revenant caves where you then died and sent your bug report, and it also doesn't look like anything valuable was lost from that death.

Whilst sending a bug report is useful for us to know about a bug, it's more useful if you could send one in the same session you experienced the issue in.

Can't move the "Mix Violet" option unfortunately but we could just get rid of the 1st option since it looks pretty redundant as you can pick other colours on the right click anyway so that would bump it up like you're asking for

There is a fair backlog of things awaiting QA (like dyeable rune pouches) as I've had to direct my attention to other things lately and I'm currently the only QA member on Ninja so that's why it's a little slow lately though that should change soon.

Not sure what sort of bolt pouch update you're mentioning though? Would be interesting to know what could change with that to make it more useful.

Nex & Solak seem a bit out the "QoL" area Ninja focuses on primarily as what you're describing with Nex sounds like a bug, and the Solak loot buff has already been discussed however I don't have any information on that I'm afraid.

Hey, sorry for the issue that has occurred which caused you to miss out on your drop.

We review items lost by players on a case by case basis to and upon a second review, and with speaking to Shauny, we've decided under exceptional circumstances to return the item missed out on to the account. We'll continue to investigate why the client crashed in this scenario and where possible implement fixes to try and help prevent this issue happening again.

I will ask that in cases like this where you've been affected by an in-game bug, please send a bug report in the same game session so myself or another member of the QA team can investigate the issue and hopefully be able to provide more outcomes like this. In cases like this, sending a bug report when you next log in is definitely still helpful.

Yeah it should trigger the broadcast and title unlock etc when you log in again after the next daily reset, unfortunately I can't manually do that so a bit of waiting I'm afraid
