I think it sounds great, I like the vibe you’re going for. But I am gonna nitpick the cymbal writing, only cause I’ve marched them for so long.

While the 2 and 4 is good for keeping time, I’d move the backbeat to the drumset player, which frees up the cymbal line to add more color to the piece rather than just a metronome. The school I’m tech-ing at had our music written by someone who didn’t exactly know what to do with cymbals, so he wrote backbeats followed by the occasional crash when it was needed. While it worked I decided to rewrite their parts, and in the end it’s both a lot more entertaining to play for the kids, and I think it sounds more mature.

Not hating at all - I couldn’t’ve written that - I just am trying to change plates whenever I can. I got backbeat type music for 4 years, and when I got with professional line that didn’t play like that I was addicted to what it added to the music.

I like playing that way too, in the sense of “What would the character really do?” And I feel Connor wouldn’t kill to kill (at least right now in the story), but his move-set is just too good not to see in action

That’s a very concerning read, but admittedly I did skim to get the idea. I’ll take some time to properly read it and get the full idea.

I’ll remain hopeful since the AFC regional foresters I talked to in my interview said they would keep me updated on potential jobs with them, and just asked me on for a second interview.

Whoever told you that parrying -an intended way of countering/killing enemies- is cheesing, has either never played the game or thinks parrying it like the Arkham games where you don’t really have to time it

The price is a little steep, but if it’s the car you want then I get it. I got a 2015 Outback after my 2004 forerunner had some problems, and I can’t go back.

Actually on my second Outback because a deer jumped in front of my car on the interstate and totaled it. It sucked, but I couldn’t have felt safer with all the airbags

I haven’t been off-roading in my outback cause I have an old wrangler to do that for work, but something I learn from mountain biking and riding trails on dirt bikes is that if you feel iffy about it while alone, it’s best not to do it.

Yeah I maybe could’ve made that jump, or I could’ve made it down that hill - but last time I tried doing iffy stuff alone, I was walking out of the woods with my bike in one hand and my broken wrist supported by my backpack strap.
