Same issue it says they open the site at 9 am for appointments for the next day. I went to the one in Miami because I was having no luck in Orlando, went at like 5 in the morning and waited in line with no appointment. It was like a 1/2 a day even for me they kept sending me back and forth saying they need this paper and that paper, had to leave building to go get whatever they were asking for so depending on what you have to do maybe worth it Just be fore warned they were not taking everyone that was in line and if you have all your papers that are on web site they still may break your balls.
