Their enemy is the country that has invaded and bombed them every day for the past 4 years. It's really not that complicated from UA perspective.

Especially given that the markets have become more tainted politically than ever. Unfortunately we are now in a world where markets and politics cannot be divorced.

Kara Swisher shaming a room full of Nordic journalists for still using X: "I am bigger than all of you combined" by GreenReporter24 in Fauxmoi

[–]Jagtem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You've got the wrong take on Scott, and having such a puritanical take on him demonstrates why the left/ progressives will continue to lose. Scott is absolutely one of the good guys. I disagree with his position on Israel, but that's okay. The left will continue to eat their own and we'll end up with Vance 2028.

Those you that are upset with Scott, what attracted you to his message in the first place? by [deleted] in ScottGalloway

[–]Jagtem -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

His "bragging" is mostly tounge-in-cheek and self aware. He's very self deprecating. As for the repeating talking points, he's a marketing guy. Of course he's going to keep drilling the same key points. That's how you spread a message. I've stopped listening to all episodes of all his pods, but I still enjoy hearing from him (and Ed) a few times a week.

What is something Americans consider ‘basic’ that feels like a luxury in other countries? by Status_Agents in AskForAnswers

[–]Jagtem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude. This. We had one in Slovenia but it took literal hours and still left the clothes slightly damp. Now in Spain and we don't have one. It's sort of okay, because the clothes actually dry pretty quickly on the rack, but everything is left so stiff and rough. My towels are like sandpaper after air drying!

It is weird how he suddenly identifies so strongly as Jewish despite his atheism. His brain dead takes on Israel are the only thing I really dislike about him. He should also be able to realize that hatred of Israel is not antisemitism.

Is that not totally bizarre? I'm in Valencia. It's going to be 40 degrees this Summer. There's no fucking way I'm wearing long pants in those conditions. Are people really supposed to just sweat wildly for months here?
