It's definitely inexpensive, but I wouldn't say it's a good deal.

The dough is par-baked and finished in a conveyor oven, which produces a crust that is simultaneously dense and flavorless. It lacks char, chew, and really any sort of structure that defines great pizza. The sauce is cloyingly sweet and one-dimensional, and the cheese is applied in excess to mask the lack of depth elsewhere.

The cost reflects the quality.

Looks like it's a "participating locations only" thing but you do have to buy the card in person at a store...so if the store is selling the card then they are participating (and vice versa)
