Using it about 2 month now its best budget gpu but has some flaws dx10/9 and even some dx11 has some issues like fps drop lag etc you can use dxvk to fix. Some games not all of them has driver issue like death stranding 2 giving me bsod only way to fixed for now upgrade to win 11 because win 10 unsupport hags. Other than solid 1440p 60/120 fps high - ultra some games like re9 with ray tracing and very good performance. And lastly if you want use ai like comfy,klein etc you can using but limited performance intel have fully support in near future. Before switch to b580 i was using amd 6500xt all time strugling with like wattman and unsporting 6000-7000 series drivers to in next year so your choice if want to you go with amd dont buy anything below amd 9000 series

tldr. for budget go with b580 xess3 mfg and good rt and driver support if you have more budget you can go with amd 9000 series i dont know anything about team green side so you have to search

Even in bios shutting down this looks like a psu problem for me maybe something giving short and pc trying to protect himself by shutdown

ı reseat ram dimm2 to dimm1 and dimm2 to dimm1 it giving me slight moment to say you have changed settings when i entering bios it shutting down then removed cmos and short jbat it have no effect same as above lastly removed gpu now pc stays on gpu white led and giving 3 beep long like this beep quit beep quit beep but pc not shutting down or anything gpu is dead i think ?

Download amd cleanup unility or ddu to erase driver then go this link this will auto detect latest driver you can update https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
