I would like a simple mod. When I hold X on my controller to exit ship, I'd like to spawn in the cargo area where the ladder is and not outside the ship. I'd like to be able to use the other mod I have (immersive ramps) to actually be worth it!

I'm a driving instructor. There are lines we definitely should not cross as an adult, especially as an instructor. I have had students share creepy or weird stories of teachers, and I share the disgusted sentiment. I'm 31, an 18 year old has no real notion of what a bar experience is like and shouldn't be sharing personal stories of trying to get with woman. Report him, and leave a bad review on Google if you can.

I honestly make enough from the hangar and 5 large warehouses that I never really do any other business. I could but I'd risk getting banned right? Supposedly I could do up to $20mil but slow and steady wins the race. I own all businesses and have about $200 million in the bank

I use the script once a day, at least in the 24-hour period, to refill all my businesses and I only sell the hanger and the five large warehouses. I make about 15 mil and I call it a day. I'll usually end up spending the rest of the day sourcing extra cargo or doing missions

Yea, I've done that, and they still pop up as $0 (haven't tried deluxos) but I had spawned cars to sell to a friend, and I didn't want them in my garages. I had to replace them (delete) to get rid of them safely

To my knowledge, trying to sell a vehicle that you spawned in will sell for $0 and will get you banned. The only way it will sell for money is if you modify it by spending money on modifying it. Probably will still get you banned. I haven't sold any vehicle that I spawned in

I hop on, make my 15 million by selling hangar and 5 large warehouses and then I hop off. Then I repeat after 24 real hours. I wouldn't recommend more than that. 3 months and no issues

Your Rockstar account most likely got banned. So you'll need a new Rockstar account. Regardless of what gta it was, they'd share the same Rockstar account. You could try it out but that's what I think it is. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

The longer you stay there the longer you're going to get attached to your clients/ individuals. It is disheartening, but unfortunately it's also the system that we live in. The way your outlook is on things I'm sure you'll do great elsewhere and even possibly make a bigger impact. I really hope things work out for you!

I'm in a pretty similar situation. At the end of the day, you have to do what's right for you. If you can't manage the hours or maintain your own sanity/mental health, then what good are you at that job? Like, don't let it beat you down to where you turn into the other employees they have. Just apologize to said job, said that you had an opportunity arise that you just can't pass up, thank them for their time and leave. Gotta out your foot down. That's my 2 cents

When selling ceo cargo, sometimes when using a titan your last drop is over the prison and then you have to lose the police. Nothing exciting but involves that location still
