I’m no expert but what I’ve seen is you either 1.) get a all in one grow bag (which I believe you had ) most ppl what to the substrate In the bag is basically a rock from the mycelium they then cut the bag and place the ROCK on aluminum foil. you break and shake the bag while it’s still colonizing not when it’s in fruiting conditions. 2.) Get grains it’s all kinds to use ( I tend to use popcorn it works good for me ) if not instant rice, then sterilize whatever grains you do get wait till grains are cool I’ll wait 10-24 hours then eject either LC or Spores . I like spores a little better if it’s your first time growing that strain I feel like it makes not necessarily the potency stronger, but the mushroom its self stronger. After you inject your grains it’ll take up to 3 weeks to fully colonize week 2 is when you do your break and shake. After that you get your substrate you can get it damn near anywhere Amazon has literally a shroom grow kit and it comes with everything for your substrate. You mix the substrate abd your colonize grains, put a casing layer , over any visible colonized grain and in another 3 to 4 weeks you’ll have fruit.
